By accessing and using DAX, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Service Description

DAX is a governed autonomous engineering co-pilot that provides code analysis, recommendations, and proposals. All actions require explicit user approval. The service operates on a BYOK model where users provide their own AI provider API keys.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing and managing your own AI provider API keys
• Costs associated with your AI provider usage
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use DAX for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or access our source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use DAX to develop competing products

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to DAX if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

7. Limitation of Liability

DAX is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to code changes, data loss, or business interruption.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of DAX after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
